This Privacy Policy governs the collection, usage, and storage of information from users ("You", "User", "Users") of the ProteinMax mobile application ("App", "Service", or "Services"). The App is developed and licensed by Hirobot Co., Ltd. ("Licensor", "We", "Us").
We do not sell, rent, or otherwise make user data available to third parties. The App is designed for privacy and local device storage only. No user-inputted health data is transmitted to our servers.
We reserve the right to disclose information if required by applicable law, legal process, or government request.
ProteinMax does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or contact details. The App processes only the following data entered by you:
This data is stored solely on your device. We do not access or control it.
By using the App, we automatically collect some identifiable information regarding your mobile device and your activities using Amplitude (see Amplitude Privacy Policy). We may collect other information in order to improve the User's experience and provide better service.
The App uses RevenueCat to facilitate in-app purchases and subscription management. RevenueCat may process transactional information such as purchase receipts for validation purposes. No user health data is shared. Please review RevenueCat's Privacy Policy for additional details.
ProteinMax is not designed for use by children under the age of digital consent as defined by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect data from such users. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child without verified parental or guardian consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information, consistent with our legal obligations.

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated or maintained by Hirobot Co., Ltd. We reserve the right to modify or update this Privacy Policy at our discretion and without prior notice. The current version will always be accessible within the App. If required by law, we will notify users of material changes using appropriate channels.
